    Sheron Hassell 7 years ago

Mine's probably one of the first 350's, bought direct from Jonathan @ Clearview about 30-years ago, when the company was a mere fledgling. I sell logs so they're free for me so I obviously... []

I've had the Clearview 650 for a about 6 months now, and this will be my first winter. I live in a late 1800's 2 bedroom stone cottage in the middle of the countryside. As a wood burning stove... []

  • Clearview 650

    Jamie Macdonald 8 years ago

We bought our Clearview 650 stove 4 years ago to help heat a drafty old farmhouse. As a result we now only burn oil for hot water so 1 2,500 ltr oil tank lasts 18 months!I do very much sympathise... []

Stove expert replied: Internal components can become distorted if the stove gets too hot and this can lead to a shorter life so should be avoided. Do remember to clear the stove out once a month to check that the flue is clear and that all components are working correctly.

This is a great stove for the very largest of sitting rooms (excepting the baronial). When run at a good operating temp it really throws out the heat. No problems keeping it in overnight so... []

Stove expert replied: Two door stoves can have the sealing issue after time whereas you have less chance of this on a single door stove.
