Review of Woodwarm Pheonix FireGem 5kw
Love it so much but....
Everything that''s great about this has already been said. Heats up quick easy to light etc etc. I really love mine for all those reasons but I have problems when I refuel. Smoke escapes every time I open the door. Wood has to be all but burnt away before adding to it and if I leave it too long, new wood might not take, even with all the vents open. If I don''t supervise it at yhis point it can leak smoke or when it does eventually ignite it goes with a thump and I notice it blows the rope seal out of the flue at the bottom. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
