Inherited this stove when bought a house in France 10 years ago so I suspect it could be 20-25yrs old as was purchased by previous English owners. Heats the room well and creates a great ambiance in the house. Have recently replaced all but four the of fire bricks which was a simple task. If was replacing would probably purchase a slightly larger size but same brand.
