Have had this for over two years and very pleased with it. However the airwash handle is now stuck and will not move. It has always been difficult to operate - very stiff to move. Mine is the one with the small flat steel handle to the RHS just above the door. I believe the newer ones have a better operating system.. Any way of freeing this?

Stove expert replied: Try releasing agent when the stove is cold, is it stuck open or closed? On Defra models the airwash will always be partially open to dilute the flue gases.
