Avoid the chesney 10kw double
Very disappointed in both the performance of the stove and the customer service from Chesneys. The stove does not draw properly, it's very messy to clear the ash, the ''clear burn'' glass is anything but and to top it all, Chesneys customer service is non-existent. They haven''t replied to any of my requests for help. I am so fed up with the 9 months of under performance that I have asked them to come and remove it.
