Smokes auful when door is opened

Fire smokes dreadfully when the door is opened..

I have a 300 x 150 air brick in the room & a 150mm clean air feed pipe from outside to underneath the fire, so no Airfeed issues or imbalances. Chimney pipe is clean.

I have read suggestions like opening the door slightly before loading the fire but this does not help in the slightest..

still smokes awfully on a non-windy day with the downstairs door is open !!
