Review of Stovax Stockton 7 Inset Convector stove

I installed this stove a few weeks ago and I am delighted with the end result. The supplier insisted I use the flexi pipe and insulate the chimney even though it added a lot on to the cost of the job and am I glad I did as the heat the Stovax is throwing out is unreal.The difference in heat my sitting room now than to when I had an open fire is huge plus I am burning less than half the amount of fuel.I installed the stove and relined the chimney myself and it was fairly straight forward.The build quality is excellent and it is very easy to control the fire to your liking. I am sitting here now with the stove firing and am really looking forward to a freezing winter!
Stove expert replied: I hope you have had Building Control in to sign this installation off as this is required. A liner will improve the efficiency of a stove and is recommended.
