Review of Stovax Stockton 5 stove
Excellent but
We have the stovac stockton 5 fitted by hetas engineers
And its a great multi fuel stove .gives out a lot of heat we control it by the coal lever . But we also burn wood on top of the coal and open up the airwash lever to get it up to temperature when it''s in the red zone on the valiant temperature gauge we push back the bottom coal lever and attempt to push back the top airwash lever . But that is jammed solid .even if we try and lift and move .we even open the door and gently tap with a small hammer then push with the wooden part off the hammer it will not move until the temperature has gone down .I understand that metal expands with heat but I thought that would be incorporated into the design. Only been fitted since last July 6 months ago .Will the engineers be able to do anything to the stove .ie is it an easy fix .its more annoying now you get it in the right temperature zone and then unable to control it because the lever is stuck
