Review of Stovax Stockton 5 stove

Great Little Stove

Jeff Kluckers 11 years ago

Installed 20 months ago and works very well, however the controls are vey 'vague'. It burns very quickly initially but when you try to close down the air it seems to shut down the burn too much. Ours is a wood burner only but I am thinking of finding out about the multifuel grate - is this available as a spare part that I can just slide in? I am hoping to burn solid fuels whilst we are out for an evening because the wood just burns and dies quickly.

Stove expert replied: The multifuel grate can be purchased as a spare but make sure you order it from the serial number of your stove as they have started making Makr 2 stoves that are different to the Mark 1 versions.
