Lovely stove-but roars

A lovely, well built little stove. Looks great and kicks out good heat. Only concern would be that the stove seems to roar far too much, so that we often have to have the secondary air closed and air wash closed to stop the fire touching the glass.

Stove expert replied: If the stove still remains too busy when air controls are shut you may have an over-drawing flue that needs to be corrected to prevent damage to the unit. Contact your installer for further assistance.
