Review of Stovax Stockton 5 stove

Stovax stockton 5

I'd never buy another Stovax product. Even the installer rates their after sales as poor. Still waiting for replacement glass (over 2 months) after it failed under warranty. Truly appalling customer services. They are rude and incompetent . Its not a bad stove but if they won't support an existing customer they won't get mine in the future.

Stove expert replied: Glass is not normally covered by warranty, have you been dealing with the supplier or Stovax direct?

In fairness Stovax did send replacement glass eventually with rope and sealant. They originally sent me a latch for a stove I did not own. Very strange that the glass started to bubble.
