Ash clearance remains a problem. Spares are difficult to obtain, the company appears ambivalent to the fact I cannot use the fire until I get some new firebricks. They have been on order five months and still not been delivered.

Stove expert replied: Try sourcing from an alternative place as this seems an excessive time to wait for spares!
