can’t get spares
Had this for 3 years, and now some of the fire ricks need replacing. Which is fine. But they are an odd shape, again not in itself an issue.
BUT, it’s impossible to get the parts. Our retailer, who we spent £7000 with to install the thing, has pretty much said they can’t get them. No other shop, or online specialist seems able to get hold of them. So we either write off the £7k, use it and risk it breaking permanently or take Nordpeis to court. So do you self a favour and a load of hassle. DO NOT TOICH NORDPEIS STOVES. They don’t give a stuff and won’t even attempt to keep spares in the U.K. (they are available for 2500 Nkr in their norwegian website, but won’t ship to UK. That’s about £160. But they clearly don’t care!
