Hot handle but lovely fire

Purchased this stove in both my old house and now my new one. In my old house the handle never got too hot but with the new one I have, the handle isn't touchable and is a problem? It doesn't feel right for some reason...

Stove expert replied: Have you gone back to your supplier? This may be a change that has been made and often a manufacturer provides a glove for opening the stove due to the handle getting hot.
