Review of Morso 7642 stove

Fantastic woodburning stove!

Richard Hicks 6 years ago

Fitted 5 years ago in an open plan extension to an 1800''s built Lodge cottage. Looked for ages to find a suitable stove and loved this one. Looks fantastic, easy to light and economical with hardwood logs. As it''s in an extension built with more insulation than building standards require, we usually only light it in the early evening, using about 5/6 logs in an evening, no more logs after 9pm and it dies down over night. Fitted with a long black stovepipe before the insulated stovepipe which exits the roof, looks much better than the stainless usually fitted. An expensive stove but well worth it, looks beautiful, heats superbly and commented on by all our friends. Superb build, no problems at all in 5 years. We use the log box to store kindling and use a basket for logs alongside. Highly recommended.
