I have had my stove about a year now, and I am very pleased indeed with its performance, in the depths of winter it burns overnight with no problem great to walk into the lounge and see the embers glowing, open the vents up re-fuel and sit with a cuppa and watch the flames dance again. I have used kiln dried logs as these are nicer to watch but no way will they burn overnight, the handle gets hot, but overall its brilliant, I am really pleased and like most things as you become more experienced it gets easier to control and I can now call myself an expert with this stove. Cleaning and maintaining it will be important and has to be done plus I am going to have my chimney swept soon for winter when it will get the most use, but its well worth the extra effort, and absolutely everybody comments on how nice and cosy it is. So after a winters use I am still happy with my stove.
