Review of Little Thurlow stove

the wood man

Always had open fire in many houses and loved them, I fitted a Little Thurlow 5kw in November 11, I have burnt coal 3 times & the rest is timber either from work or trees, room about 16' x 13'. heats it easily & we open the doors for heat to go upstairs - incredibly controllable, we don't bother with the back airwash, just front top air inlets for timber, & bottom air inlets for coal. I put the dinner plates on top for couple of seconds to warm, & special heat proof glasses for mulled wine at Christmas. It gives out far more heat than an open fire - and we love it Highly Recommended

Stove expert replied: Great review, versatile and great heat output.
