    Everyone who comes to my house admires the style of my stove. But every time I use it the glass is totally covered in soot. As one of the main attractions is the sight of the fire through the
    large glass panels it seems to me that it is important that the glass is kept clear.I'm not sure if that is a fault of installation or a design flaw. Can anyone helpHelga Jones

    Stove expert replied: Does operating the airwash control make any difference at all? Please refer to page 16 of the manual for further guidance in the air controls.
