we purchased ours in April 2021. It has turned our cold farmhouse into a warm house - its completely controllable and there is always hot water-I cook most things on it. We use approx 4 tonnes of wood pellets per year- so average of £20 per week. The only thing I dont like is carrying bags of pellets and every 2 days hoovering the ash out- but overall its a marvellous stove. It looks fabulous as well.
