The biggest problem is the smoke spillage into the house when you open the door to load more wood. I can not seem to solve this problem no matter what I try. I have heard many reasons why this is happening but I believe they are excuses and stove should be recalled. If I did not have this problem I would consider keeping the stove. Their should have been some sort of grate on inside of stove to protect the glass.

Stove expert replied: Sounds like a chimney problem, not a stove problem. I woudl contact a chimney specialists.
