We had our F400 fitted 2 years ago and despite heeding all the advice about burning well-seasoned wood, using a moisture meter etc, the glass constantly gets black at both sides. I have also tried both the US plate and Euro plate.
The stove looks good, is easy to light and control and well-built, but the poor airwash is a flaw.3.5 flames
