This is my 5th season with this burner, I've read all the other reviews and I can't agree with any of them. I had it installed by a HETAS installer and from the first firing and upto the present day it has been the best heating appliance I have ever purchased, it chucks out loads of heat with either wood or coal. I often only use wood as it gets too hot in the room with just coal and this is with it on a low to medium vent setting. I haven't had to replace anything on it until today when I noticed the door glass is cracked (I think that's acceptable after all this time!) so it's a big thumbs up from me!!
