Lovely looking stove BUT it is useless as a wood burning stove. Fails to burn or throw out any heat. Very disappointed with this product.

Stove expert replied: Did you purchase a woodburner only or the multifuel? If Multifuel you can get a wood tray that should improve the performance. Do go back to installer to get them to check that it has been done correctly.
