Review of Hunter Hawk stove

Hunter Hawk 4 MkI multifuel stove

We have had this stove installed for 20years.I have changed the glass once,The flue collar, gaskets on the rear blank and the top collar once, the door rope seal twice and resprayed a couple of times.Other than replacing fire cement around the flu, it has been a great little stove. Not sure why people are slagging it off.I would buy one again.I admit it could be a bit more controllable. We have a butterfly valve in the flu as well. That probably helps. It has served us well. You can pay a lot more money for a stove.
