Rubbish after 3 months gone rusty on top, lots of smoke comes out of closed doors when windy weather put folded paper in closed doors it slides out not sealed dangerous only been offered £100 to respray still fighting for more to be done always told its my fault its gone rusty have had woodburners for years never had this problem
Stove expert replied: I believe you are in direct contact with the manufacturer, rust usually only appears where moisture is present. This can either be rain coming down the chimney/flue or being cleaned incorrectly. With regards to smoke coming out of closed doors, this shouldn't be happening, if the chimney/flue was drawing sufficiently this usually wouldn't happen, air would be drawn into the stove from any gaps. The doors may need adjusting, this is something your sweep can usually do when the stove is being serviced.
