Review of Heta Inspire 45 stove

A Good Choice.

My chimney sweep recommended this stove and one was installed a week ago. It is absolutely fine, easy to light, burns well without smoke, easily supplements the gas central heating with +2-3°C above room thermostat setting and has a good air control, keeping log use to a reasonable level. The HETAS installer advised against using solid fuel and does not consider it a dual fuel stove. One negative is the rotating ash riddle, which is clumsy to operate, it doesn''t clear much ash and would, in my view, be better designed if it was a reciprocating grid, but this apart, it''s a splendid product.
