The glass does dirty very easily so the secondary air wash which is meant to prevent that does not work well. Also the backplate split in two after a few months, and the uk distributor wouldn't replace it. Other than that - kicks out a lovely heat

Stove expert replied: Internal liners and glass are not covered by warranties as they are deemed to be consumable items. It may have cracked due to loading the stove care should be taken to prevent damage when refuelling.
