Great stove in terms of look and heat output, however I am having problems slowing my burn down, flame is always very flickery no matter how much I turn top vent down, half a turn too much the fire will then just go out, any ideas what the problem could be?

Stove expert replied: It sounds like the control to regulate the rate of burn is very fine. With practice I am sure you will find where it is best suited, a small adjustment and leave for a few mins at a time is advised seeing as half a turn is too much.
