After one year fire rope has become unfurled,split and come away from door. not happy. thought it would last longer before replacing any parts.

Stove expert replied: Fire rope is a consumable item and replacement parts will be required to ensure the product stays in a good working order. Rather a shame that this required replacing so soon.
