Review of Firefox 8 stove

I am into my second winter with my firefox 8, it is the only source of heat in our 3 bed semi. I keeps the house warm easily and stays in all night with no problems, in fact it has been going now for over 2 months. I have tried various solid fuels including anthracite and various ovoids but it works best by miles on coke, I bank it up at night, close everything down and come down next morning to a warm room and a proper glowing fire. Build quality is excellent, as is controlability. Heat output is very good and often has to be turned right down in an evening.The multifuel grate works really well and the glass is always clean. I burn wood when I am in and coke when I'm out. Altogether this is the best stove I have had and I would thoroughly recommend it.
Stove expert replied: Please note that any fuel that has a petroleum base should not be used on a closed appliance, do check the fuel you are using is not petrocoke as this can harm the appliance.
