I purchased this stove on reading the reveiw here and it was installed by a Hetas fitter.

It was fitted with a new 6 inch flue but I am very disapointed as it just does not give any heat. I have spoken to the suppliers who advised fitting a flue damper but this has had no effect.

I wonder if the inglenock fireplace is the problem? Any help please would be appreciated.

Stove expert replied: Did the flue liner get insulated when installed? Has the damper made any difference? What fuel are you bruning?
