Great wee stove but need advice
Hi we had our stove fitted in our new house earlier this year, the guy who fitted it has used fire proof boarding around it and has used a spray stone paint on this to finish. We've had him back twice due to minor issues but the biggest problem is that the paint has,peeled off which was redone 3 weeks ago and yet again this is happening all around the stove. We aren't over filling the stove so puzzled as to what to do next. Would appreciate some advice before I will have to get him back out yet again
Stove expert replied: High temperature paint will need to be used and ideally a clearance of at least 150mm either side and 300mm at the top should be allowed - possible stove paint would be an idea.
