We have now had this stove for about 4 months, correctly fitted via registered fitter we have noticed the metal plate to the back if the inside has cracked, not sure if this is unsafe now, we never have more then one small log in at a time and the vents are always low, other then this fault, I find the handles and bolts always work themselves very loose very quickly

Stove expert replied: Is the metal plate crack in the stove body itself as if so would recommend that you seek further advice as to whether it should be used.
