Issues with the glass, after 2 years.

After only having this stove for 2 years, the glass has fallen out. I expect it is something that can be fixed, but I have lost confidence in this stove. i.e. Even if the glass was fixed, I would be worried that fumes were still leaking out.

Stove expert replied: If you are getting fumes or smoke back in the room then you need to get someone to look at the installation as these should rise up the chimney and not come back into the room. It is unfortunate that the glass has fallen out but this can easily be fixed.
