only had 20 burns in ours and the glass cracked while it was burning whats that all about ? what temp can I let it get to ? only burning kiln dried wood ,thanks all,Stefan

Stove expert replied: I would suggest that a stove thermometer be purchased so that you know you are using the appliance within the correct parameters. Glass can crack at any time and this may not be due to impact in any way, rather unfortunate.
