Review of Firefox 5 stove

Very disappointed does not heat our living at all , keep putting logs and coal on this and unless I'm more than 2 ft away we cannot feel any heat , the heat we do get takes about 1 hr. Told my installer about this and all he said was that I'm the only person to say that it does not do the job, but has not offered any advice ect.... would please someone tell me if I'm doing something wrong, and does any one know about a stamp that should be on the side of the fire.
Stove expert replied: If you are always feeding the stove and it appears to be working hard but producing little heat them you may have a flue draw problem that requires further investigation. This is providing you have a good clearance all the way round the stove to allow the heat generated to radiate freely. If by the stamp you mean a data badge on the stove this may be on the back or side and gives make, model details etc.
