its a good stove, but closer to an enclosed fire than a full on stove. its pretty controlable but you cant easily damp it all the way down. we have it in the living room and its a great talking point a feature but compared to the Bullerjan stove in our conservatory it lacks the controlability, speed of warm up and is much hungrier.
