Review of Esse W35 range cooker

Appalling customer service from Esse...beware

Adam Wilde 11 years ago

W35 bought and collected. Many parts missing from accessory kit but Esse refuse to put this right. Four grand on a stove and they won't send the parts we should have with the stove, worth about twenty pounds! Also, water gets over 75 degrees while hot plates should be renamed luke warm plates unless you get fire to volcanic temperatures 3 hours before you want to cook anything. Heat seems to concentrate on water boiler and not on oven or plates. Buy an Aga if you want ease of use and customer service; Esse do not seem to care.

Stove expert replied: If goods are missing from a delivery these should be sent without too much trouble. Have you been back to your supplier as they should be sorting this for you, this is who your contract is with.
