Sadly not as good as I thought
Absolute nightmare to light
Airwash is very poor (hopeless in fact) - dirty glass even with kiln dried ash Can condensate inside the oven when first lit and the oven also fills with smoke when lit from cold Creates a lot of smoke into the room when adding new logs - the angle of the top plate in the firebox encourages the smoke forward and out Looks great but I'm very disappointed with it and it cost a fortune! We have ordinary wood stoves in the house that we get on with absolutely fine so I promise you it's not operator error!!!Stove expert replied: Do get the installation checked as these are work horses that normally have very few problems. Condensates can be produced if the flue system doesn't warm up quickly enough, is the flue lined and insulated or do you have a twin wall insulated system? Have you an air brick in the room. What is the flue height? What type of cowl do you have on the system?
