Recently installed in my farmhouse kitchen it looks stunning but the big surprise was how quickly the oven heated up once the wood fire was lit.
With a minimum of fuel, (very dry logs), food was baked in the oven, two pans boiling water on the hot plates plus a warm kitchen. Very efficient use of burning wood!
Would recommend highly.
