1.If you look at one with the silver handles there not Standard. (extra)
2.Costly extras which don't fit. (Woodburning Kits, I had 2 both didn't fit) 3.Poor door hinge design they snap and then being inside hard to fit correctly. 4.Door rope seal erodes easily. 5.Door soots up heavily. 6.After sales regarding all this they did get back to me after 20 calls & numerous emails..( Still not got back 19/2/09) All this in 3 months There is better on the market do your homework.....What
Stove expert replied: after sales support for all stoves is the retailer's responsability, not the manufacturer's. The manufacturer is not set up to provide after sales service to individual customers - they are set up to provide support and training to their retailers, who then pass on this to the end user. So it is not surprising that they did not call back at first - always contact your retailer.
The door seal and window problems may well be due to wet wood being burnt.
