This stove was a excellent purchase we have never been so warm our room is 12 x 12 and once the fire gets going we tend to have the room door open so the heat goes upstairs as well. The large glass window means you find yourself watching the fire more than the tv. It is very easy to clean and maintain. I am thinking about buying the next size up for my other larger room. You have to fill in each rating but this model does not have a air wash and I don't see why this should lower the score with been such a fab buy so that's why I have rated it at 5.
