Problem with Esse 301 Insert Stove

Had my stove fitted in 2009. In 2010 I had to have the entire stove replaced as it had completely warped and was no longer usable. In fairness to Esse they sent an engineer over and replaced the stove at no charge. Since then, I have had to replace the glass 3 times, the fire bricks 4 times and the baffle 3 times. Once again the horizontal bar inside the door (Where the grate sits) is beginning to warp. I definitely would not recommend this stove. I am now looking at replacing the stove with a different brand.

Stove expert replied: It sounds as if the flue draw may be part of the problem and on an insert stove can be difficult to control as there is no where to fit a damper to slow this down.
