Review of Dunsley Highlander 8 stove

Good Value

Jonathan Rarity 10 years ago

Came from a rented house with an Island II stove. It's a better stove but twice the price. Bought a doublesided (single glass) Highlander 8 for our new house & very happy with it. Both doors have vents top & bottom which when closed still didn't shut off enough air so fitted blanking plates to both lower door vents. Lights easily but important to get it up to temp & KEEP it at full temp to keep the glass clear. A good budget alternative to the Island II. Would buy again.
