Bought the stove on the internet from the company on 11/12/2007. It has been in regular use since then, and I am only now having to replace the fire grate....7 years later. Good value...good service.. If we move I will be getting another unit from them. Remember, when you buy something new it will always take a time to get used to how it works. It doesn't mean its rubbish!!!
