Terrible fire. We have had numerous problems with the baffle plate, with no satisfactory response from the company. It will not do an overnight burn. The seals have been replace 3 times in 4 years, spare parts (ie the bolts that held the baffle plate in place) are not available, due to (apparently) the Royal Mail being unable to deliver metal objects!. I have owned 3 other wood burners in the past 20 years and I have never had a problem with the maintenance of them, the control of the heat, or the ability to keep the fire in overnight. I was told by the owner that it was a skill that needed to be learnt!!

Stove expert replied: Having had 3 other stoves you are obviously no novice to their operation, a shame that you are not finding this model to be providing your requirements. Try an alternative spares supplier for the parts that are required.
