I purchased a country kiln 37 stove two years ago. The fire gives out lots of heat. But after two years the throat plate burnt out and cracked and warped. Tried ringing country kiln to get a replacement. That's when it all turned bad for me. I was told that they don't do spares as they were too expensive to supply. I have found the whole situation very unhelpful and am not impressed by the lack of after care service. I'm now left with a stove that does not work. Got told by the man on the phone to make one myself, truly amazing so am unable to give positive feedback on this product.
