I purchased a Country Kiln multi fuel burning stove a couple of years ago. When I made up a fire, the stove got hot but no heat came out into the room. I have had the fire checked by a qualified installer, and was assured that it was fitted correctly, and the fire made up correctly. The woman at the Country Kiln office was so rude and aggressive. They say they are a 'friendly family firm' - they were not to me! She would not hear of my complaint although I was very polite to her, and she put the phone down on me and told me not to ring again! I have reported them to trading standards.
