Review of Clearview vision 500 stove
Keep away from this company.
They are not interested once the stove is installed. Any problems they will not accept its their stove. Our burns well but when not lit and if the wind is blowing, then the room smells like a smoke house. The chimney is swept at the start of every season, our old stove never had this problem so it is the stove. But Kevin the chap from the Whitchurch branch became angry and walked out of my home when I insisted the fire box was not sealing. How unprofessional and rude. I am a pensioner and can''t afford to wast money on companies with this attitude. There are lots of other companies, use any other than this one.
