Review of Clearview vision 500 stove

Disappointed in the riddling / removing of ash

We have a Clearview vision 500 in our new house and although its output of heat is good, we are frustrated by how poor it is in clearing the stove of ash prior to setting the fire for the next time (the ash doesn't fall through, just turns with the riddling plate)The riddling bar feels flimsy and almost as if its going to snap off. We had a Charnwood stove before and it cleared the ash much quicker and better than this model.
